The project required for a vision able to connect history, identity, and humanity. Rather than recounting a century and a half of activity, the focus shifted to the lived experiences of those within the company, revealing emotion, responsibility and the quiet pride of contributing—day after day—to the building of a nation.

Filming spanned an entire year, moving through active construction sites, extreme environments, and hard-to-reach locations. Logistical complexity, the need to remain unobtrusive, and the pursuit of authenticity required careful planning and a sensitive, human-centered direction throughout the process.
